Currently, we do not offer regular promotions, but we do offer free shipping.

Do you offer interest-free payments?
Yes, we offer Afterpay on all eligible orders.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. Shipping is covered by us, and the total you see at checkout is the final price.

Where do you ship from?
We work with global suppliers based in Australia, China, and the United States. Orders are manually fulfilled to ensure accuracy.

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Argentina, Australia, Austria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Germany, Mexico, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Which couriers do you use?
We use a variety of shipping companies depending on the product's origin and destination.

Do I need to pay customs or import taxes?
Yes. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We do not collect duties or taxes at checkout.

Do you support pre-orders or backorders?

We will investigate with the shipping company. If they cannot prove delivery, we’ll offer a refund or a replacement at our cost.

What if my item arrived damaged?
Please contact us with photos of the damaged product and the delivery label. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
